Validity period

• The Referral program is valid till 31 Dec 2020. Only referrals received during this period qualify

Referred Friend

• The Referred Friend must not already be in contact with Auctionjia (through email, phone, Facebook or email subscription list)

Successful Referral:

• The Referrer must complete the Referral Form
• The Referrer will be paid when Auctionjia successfully sells the Referred Friend's property, and has received payment for its service

Personal Data Protection Act:

• The Referrer confirms that he/she has obtained consent from the Referred Friend to share their contact details with Auctionjia

Estate Agents Act:

• The Referrer confirms that he/she will not be providing any estate agency work
